1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FlexRank, you confirm that:

- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
- If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

2. Description of Service
FlexRank is a micro-social platform where users maintain paid daily streaks, earn titles, join tribes, and compete in leaderboards using microtransactions and streak-based incentives.
Core features include:
- Paid daily streaks
- Custom titles and rescue fees
- Tribe-based leaderboards
- Streak pools and achievements
These features may evolve over time as the platform develops.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- All activity under your account.
- Providing accurate and updated information.
FlexRank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of fraud, misuse, or payment abuse.
4. Payments and Refunds
FlexRank uses microtransactions for premium features and streak participation.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- You agree that purchases made through the app are personal and non-transferable.
- Fraudulent or chargeback-related behavior will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Streaks and Leaderboards
Streaks are core to FlexRank.
- Missing a streak results in loss unless rescued by a rescue fee (if enabled).
- Leaderboards and streak pools reset periodically and may vary by tier or tribe.
- Attempting to artificially maintain streaks through exploits, scripts, or fake activity will result in bans or streak resets.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Use bots, automation, or cheats to manipulate streaks or leaderboards.
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
FlexRank may remove content or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
7. Ownership and License
All content, code, and design elements of FlexRank are the property of FlexRank Technologies or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal use.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations or suspicious behavior.
- Remove streaks, titles, or rewards obtained through exploits.
- Modify or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice.
Users may delete their accounts anytime by contacting support.
9. Disclaimers
FlexRank is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:
- The service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Streaks or leaderboards will never reset due to maintenance or technical issues.
FlexRank is not responsible for losses arising from downtime, bugs, or data resets.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexRank and its team are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of streaks, titles, data, or revenue.
- Damages resulting from your misuse of the platform.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Major updates will be announced via app notifications or email.
