Welcome to FlexRank! By accessing or using our platform and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlexRank, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old.
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
  • If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

If you do not agree, you must not use FlexRank.

2. Description of Service

FlexRank is a competitive donation leaderboard platform. Users contribute cryptocurrency to rank themselves and their chosen teams on global leaderboards.

Core features include:

  • Cryptocurrency-based contributions.
  • Player and Team global rankings.
  • Team creation and management for active contributors.
  • Real-time rank updates based on USD-equivalent value of donations.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Guest Access: You may contribute using only a username. You acknowledge that without a password, you cannot recover or manage this identity in the future.
  • Secured Accounts: By adding a password, you are responsible for its confidentiality. We cannot recover lost passwords.
  • Termination: FlexRank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, payment abuse, or manipulation of the ranking system.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Finality: All contributions are made via cryptocurrency and are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain and applied to the leaderboard, it cannot be reversed.
  • Third-Party Processor: We use NOWPayments to process transactions. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the blockchain network or the payment provider.
  • Partial Payments: Contributions that do not meet the minimum required amount will not be automatically applied to the leaderboard.

5. Leaderboards and Rankings

  • Calculation: Ranks are determined by the total USD value of confirmed contributions at the time of processing.
  • Integrity: Attempting to manipulate rankings through exploits, scripts, or fake payment notifications will result in a permanent ban and removal from the leaderboard.
  • Display: Player and team profiles (including names and images) must not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to hide or reset any profile violating this rule.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots or automation to flood the API.
  • Impersonate other users or teams.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

7. Ownership and License

All code, design elements, and original content of FlexRank are the property of the platform owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. You may not commercially exploit any part of the platform without permission.

8. Disclaimers

FlexRank is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

  • The leaderboard will always be 100% accurate or live.
  • The platform will be uninterrupted or bug-free.
  • Cryptocurrency values will remain stable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexRank and its team are not liable for:

  • Loss of cryptocurrency or "rank status" due to user error (e.g., forgotten passwords).
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Fluctuations in the USD value of contributed cryptocurrency.
