What is FlexRank?
FlexRank is a competitive donation leaderboard. It allows players to support their favorite teams (or themselves) using cryptocurrency. The more you contribute, the higher you (and your team) rise on the global rankings.
How do I climb the leaderboard?
Simply make a contribution!
Every time you complete a payment, the USD value of that payment is added to your lifetime total. Your position on the leaderboard is determined by this total.
Why only Cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency allows for fast, global, and final transactions without the need for traditional bank accounts. It keeps the platform accessible to everyone, anywhere in the world.
How long does it take to update my rank?
As soon as your payment receives the required network confirmations (usually 1-10 minutes depending on the coin), our system receives a notification and updates the leaderboard instantly.
Do I need an account?
No. You can contribute as a Guest by just entering a username. However, if you want to keep your rank across different browsers or switch teams later, you should secure your username with a password.
I forgot my password!
Because we prioritize privacy and security, we do not store emails or personal data.
If you forget your password, we cannot recover your account. Please keep it safe.
Can I get a refund?
No. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency and the irreversible nature of leaderboard rankings, all contributions are final and non-refundable.
What are "Teams"?
Teams allow players to group their contributions together.
- Team Rank: Calculated by the total of all member donations.
- Joining: You can choose a team when you pay.
- Switching: If you have a password-secured account, you can switch teams for your next donation.
Why is my team "Pending"?
When a new community team is created, it enters a "Pending" status. Once the owner makes a qualifying contribution, the team becomes Active and visible on the global leaderboard.
My payment is "Partially Paid". Help!
This happens if you send less crypto than requested.
